We learn best from our peers. So when those peers are business owners, proprietors, and visionaries, we don’t just learn, we transcend. Our new Mann U: Ownership Panel combines our experience with dealer panels with the leadership acumen of a select group of retail and manufacturer owners for an educational experience unlike any other. We’ll begin by developing innovative, implementable strategic plans for each student. Students will design an approach for implementing their plan in their business and learn how to create an environment of accountability (basically a petri dish for that new strategic plan). Graduates will leave the five-day course with a new understanding of their own position and business and the status of a leadership mastermind. But it’s not over yet! Over the next 12 months, The Mann Group will host monthly check-ins with the group for feedback and insight, plus we’re available all day, err’ day for any questions that may arise.
