who has a successful compensation scheme that inspires incentives empowers retail staff in shops to promote the on line buying process –give client who visit the shop the option to buy on line knowing they will be compensated in a way similar to the commission they would get if bought in the shop–

our retail business has grown from our shops but on line is catching up faster with a higher margin and less headache–

we want to empower our retail staff to push the on line alternative to customers knowing they will be rewarded–I just haven’t found a system–

any best practices appreciated–
