The concept of Gentle Pressure, Relentlessly Applied and the phrase “I have a concern…”

Give us one pointer for developing a genuine relationship with your customers. 
Actively listen to your customers, regardless of if they are happy, angry, right, wrong, etc.
Showing acknowledgment and appreciation of their situation will go a long ways.

What was your favorite part of working with the Mann Group?
Being given specific actionable steps. Learning an insightful theory or concept is a great start. Having steps 1-10 to accompany a theory is what creates results.
