Loved this! The more I listened, the content also translated to the vendor side of the retail business. Just like our retail accounts, many brands often have issues retaining sales staff (independent or inside) as well. I hear from accounts all the time how certain shops will pick up or drop brands due to inconsistency with their sales force.

I think you have hit the nail on the head with this episode and it was great to hear how some of the shops were able to maintain or grow profitability by promoting their staff.
