Training Tip Tuesday: T3. 

The Mann Group believes that training your staff should take 10 minutes everyday. This week’s training tip: Get involved with your customers and create a welcoming environment in your stores. 

1. Be Busy – A staff that appears to be busy represents a fresh, popular store. 

2. Look Up – Be aware and acknowledge people when they come into your store. Make eye contact. 
3. Welcome – Say Hello!
