Our relaunch of GEAR training has been a major factor in getting our sales staff focused on the importance of sales skills. Retail companies are multi-faceted, and sometimes other initiatives can overshadow the primary goal of retail—sales. Reintroducing GEAR was a necessary step to remind both our existing staff and new employees of how important this process is to our success.

Regarding the videos, they are very helpful for explaining the different aspects of GEAR. Dan’s ability to break down the concepts makes the training much easier to understand, and the accompanying stories and anecdotes definitely help our team digest the information and make it relatable.
